Q: I’m not very fit / I’ve never done yoga. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. All movement, yoga and the hike are gentle and adjustable. You’ll always have options and you’re encouraged to listen to your body.
Q: I have dietary restrictions. Can the chef accommodate me?
Yes. We can usually accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free and other common preferences. You’ll receive a form to share your needs after booking.
Q: Can I share a room to get a lower price?
Room options include shared rooms depending on availability. You can note your preference at booking.
Q: I’m feeling anxious about travelling alone.
Many women come solo. From the moment you land in Knoxville, you’ll be taken care of and welcomed into a warm, supportive group.
